Abstract
This appendix provides a comprehensive glossary of all 25 laboratory apparatus items used in the manual, organised in a structured reference table. For each item, the glossary specifies the equipment name, its description and specification, its primary purpose in the context of this manual, critical handling notes and precautions, and the experiments in which it is used. Equipment covered includes: burette, single-mark pipette, conical flask (with and without stopper), volumetric flask, beaker, measuring cylinder, white tile, wash bottle, burette stand and clamp, analytical balance, white spot plate, glass stirring rod, digital pH meter, combined pH electrode, magnetic stirrer and stir bar, R.D. bottle (pycnometer), Ostwald U-tube viscometer, stopwatch, Redwood Viscometer No. 1, Pensky-Martens closed cup apparatus, round-bottom flask with reflux condenser, thermometer, funnel, test tubes, and spirit lamp or Bunsen burner. Particular emphasis is placed on the critical handling requirements for the pH electrode, pycnometer, and viscometers.
